  • Why do custom orders take 2-3 weeks plus 2-3 days for shipping?
    Custom orders take time to make for a customer. Please allow the time needed to ensure your item is of quality. All custom order customers will be updated via email when they are completed and shipped.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    At this time we only ship in the United States. We hope to expand our shipping to more countries.
  • What if an item is out of stock and I really wanted that item?
    Reach out to us and we can see what we can do to get that particular item(s) for you.
  • Why is there a 2.9% administrative fee for cancelled orders?
    After the team has pulled orders for shipping and an order has been cancelled, we have to return the items to stock, cancel shipping and administratively make updates. The 2.9% is withheld from the complete total of your order.
  • What type of glue do you recommend for my lashes.
    Glue that is made for lashes such as Duo, or Stacy Lash Extra Strong Eyelash Extension Glue. We do not recommend using hair glue or any other glue to wear lashes. This type of glue will ruin your lashes.
  • How do I clean my lashes?
    Hold the band of your lash down and use a brow brush on a hard clean surface. Brush the lash from band to tip to get off the old mascara. Do it on both side. Soak a q-tip in oil free make-up remover. Gently hold the lash while wiping the the q-tip along the band. Do it a few times to weaken the gunk. Brush out all the glue and mascara gently until you no longer see any residue. Repeat if necessary. Do not soak the lashes with any liquid. Once clean place lashes back on the tray or lash box for safe keeping.
  • Why aren't items returnable?
    Items are not returnable due to health and safety of others. If the item is defective from the manuafacturer credits are applicable, once the item has been examined and received. All shipping on returns, are to be paid by the reciever. Defects are not due to supplier or receiver. Defects are defined as manufacturer issues. All items have been tested for quality before selling to our customers.
